Hello, my ipod nano 5g is not working, is dead, black, itunes doesnot read anything when i plug it in, nothing, i tried the menu /center button and nothing, could you please help me?? that's the only one i have :( plisss

well guys why the iPod is not working when it's plugged or it's not on hold it because the ipod is DEAD AND CRASHED

When I do that my computer reconises it but then I tunes says "The IPod softwhere update could not be contacted. The server dose not support this version of ITunes? Help!
