Vulcan Raven was a boss back in the first MGS, one who said he'd always be watching Snake, big shamanistic guy. I mostly got this cause for a long time I didn't know you could call Otacon about it and have him get all worried.

I remember being freaked out that I was going to have to face Raven suddenly (Not sure why, of course, but you never know in MGS...), then I saw it was a toy and was all relieved, then I opened that locker and the body really scared me. :(
