This peace memorial on the Three Rivers Heritage Trail is part of Dr. Richard Michaels' legacy. A Family Hospice patient, Dr. Michaels was an advocate for peace and saw the need for a "Peace Garden" among the various war memorials in our area. He and his wife Christine led fundraising for the creation of this sculpture, "Unkillable Human" by Frederick Franck - and then worked to have it placed where it now stands. Video produced by Paula Church, Family Hospice Quality of Life Program Coordinator.
