hi im an artist i live in lake stevens washington , i have been painting and crafting my whole life. beads and crystals are my latest passion for my art collections . i collect art supplies .the desiner job karli is what id do if i was there . i love to create art and designs , im looking forward to learning what to make with all my beads.you seem like a great boss

It was nice getting to know your self and co worker's. You have such lovely beads, etc., but I too live in the UK and can't afford the Tax. I only make jewelery as a hobby and mostly make stuff for friends and family as gifts. I sometimes donate stuff to charity.
I find Karla's video's very helpful and I love her accent. Thanks so much for putting up all your very interesting video's.

That's a pretty big staff but only two guys work there, well that's shows that the beading is women's business.
