25 Marine underwater video of Wales, Pen Llyn a'r Sarnau SAC - Rocky reef

Hand-held video footage taken by the Countryside Council for Wales in July 1999. Footage is used by CCW to illustrate the seabed environment and its flora and fauna. This clip was taken during a monitoring survey on Sarn Badrig to measure algal richness. Species filmed include, dead mans fingers Alcyonium digitatum, and the sponge Tethya citrina on the rock face. Pipe fish, starfish, and crabs live amongst the algal bed.
