The National Organization for Marriage recently released a new fear mongering (if not over-blown and dramatic) ad against same sex marriage full of lies and propaganda. This is my response.

  • I want to make a serious statement... but i'm laughing to hard XD

I honestly thought the original ad was a spoof at first... that's how ridiculous it is.

  • Marriage is bullshit, but if I for some reason decide to marry a womyn, I don't want some religious dong telling me that my lesbo power is causing the world to disintegrate.

  • you are amazing, i laughed so hard :)

  • @mrjlc23 I will admit that some Christians take the Bible out of context just to prove their point. Then again, those people aren't exactly acting Christian, now are they? Like the saying goes "If you talk the talk, you gotta walk the walk."

  • @ArakiUzamaki "In an argument such as this you probably take the Bible out of context; quoting parts of it that prove your point as long as you don't read the rest of the verse." lol sounds like a certain group of individuals! Im pretty sure thats the same argument thrown at you guys all the time!

  • @ArakiUzamaki Leviticus 19:19

Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with two kinds of seed: neither shall there come upon thee a garment of two kinds of stuff mingled together.

I may have been wrong about it saying i'm morally obligated to kill you, however. Oops.

  • @BassBOY0GIRL Another person taking the Bible out of context.

Tell me where it says that in the BIble.

  • @mrjlc23 Maybe you should actually read the Bible. Many facts and scientific theories are supported by the Bible. The Bible supports the theory of Pangaea and part of the theory of Evolution. It is ignorant people like you that spread false rumors about Christians and make us seem like terrible people based on a few fanatics. In an argument such as this you probably take the Bible out of context; quoting parts of it that prove your point as long as you don't read the rest of the verse.

  • @ArakiUzamaki lol a christian talkin about facts. Ya facts like the bible. lol CHristians, along with most other religions are a close minded intollerant oppresive religion that believes it has the right to tell other people how they should live their lives. Religion has become the number one reason/excuse for intolerance/hatred. The world would be such a better place without it. There would be less reasons to judge/criticize others. BTW truth based on faith is...well...very very veryunfounded!

  • Also, that same bible says that if you wear clothes of more than on type of cloth, i am morally obligated to kill you.

  • @Poochalot I'm just using the terminology that you used on me. And you can think it's a lie all you want, but now your just throwing a hissy fit because you don't like being wrong. I hate it when people tell Christians to be open minded and then turn around and bad mouth people that are Christian. Just- Like- You. You will never listen to any facts. You are trapped in your own little bubble, just like the rest of society, and you don't like it when people like me come along and pop that bubble.
