Do dentists also normally put sealants on when you get white fillings or is it just filling material. Or are sealants and composites the same material?

@cohenandschwartz Any time I watch one of these videos, I think back to 11 years ago when I was 7 having my first sealants done on my 6 yr molars. I used to have a bad gag reflex so my mom ended up having to take me to the pedodontist and he gave me nitrous for it. Haha, it's so much easier to have these done now!
