Yes you can learn basic massage techniques by video or by a therapist, but please go get more information on seriously giving a massage to someone, or be tight on your anatomy and physiology so you know what different pressure points can do to different muscles and fluids. Some people are contrindicated for massage so just keep that in mind :) :)

why is she holding the head?
get a hair clip and use both hands.
just a little pressure on the top of the head compresses the cervical vertebrae and kinda defeats the purpose of letting go
