this is terrible i am a heavy weight and they suck ass my coach would rip me a new ass hole if i wrestled like this. they dont even have a stance they are just standing up.

yeah depend on the school, lifting schools they stand up, Technequie schools they stay low, but they both got ups and downs, standing easier to double on, low stance could somtimes be to low and easier to snap and pull,
