  • Is that a rotary tool on it or what? Something like a ball nosed endmill or something? Very cool and nice music. :P

  • @TeslaWasHere Yes, 1" in diameter and running at 9000 rpm

  • Is there a process or foam that could be used so that you could eliminate the Polyester Putty application? Maybe not for your application, but say to create an FRP mould for a one off art piece where tolerances aren't as crucial.

  • @DrtyKrty Sure, we do one off's all the time. We use 10# or 20# foam and paint it with Duratec paint, sand it and wax it. Art

  • Is this in Sedro Wolley?

  • No! We are twenty miles from there, towards Anacortes.

  • Is that a boat hull?

  • Hey Phil,

Watching that monster do your dirty work for you must be pretty fulfilling. Especially when it can do it to perfection.

  • That for charming music

  • We can spray up to 20lb. foam and we can get even denser foam from General Plastics.
