Tamil is my mother tongue (though I know English better). Good luck with that. I am always quite sad that not many choose to learn it despite it having quite a few speakers worldwide (80 million, perhaps). Once the alphabet is mastered (which is quite simple), it is a very regular (albeit complicated and dissimilar to English) language. I really enjoy it because I do think the grammar is complex, I enjoy that :-)
