This is a good video!!! Some people just don't have an open mind!!

Love this musical. The song is wonderful. But I'm a bit biased. No one compares to the original version with Brightman and Crawford.

The movie version I just can't sit though. A soprano should be able to hit the note not scoop up to it.

I have read the book, and "in the original writings" Christine is not a "mentally ill woman who has a fetish for old perverted pedophiles".

that is because in the times it was written it was okay to have a man that was near monster, a man that showed no respect and was a mere nightmare. it was, however NOT okay to be mentally ill, or for a woman to have sexual desires at all...so of COURSE they didnt write it or act it out loud, but study art and psychology for 4 years...then you will know too.
