  • Can you say me what viewer can do that?

  • My deepest apologies, Matheus, but this was only active on the regular SL viewer from two years ago: 1.16

Since 1.17 (Windlight!) this option has been turned off. Allegedly people can get some good results with extra-shiny surfaces under the "Ultra" settings, but I can't confirm that...

  • do you know how to turn them on ?

  • Yes, first you need to go to: Client > Debug Settings

(To turn the Client menu on, press Ctrl-Alt-D)

Then search for DynamicReflections and set the value to TRUE. Note: this won't work under WindLight!

  • yeah I did but it rather looks like a matte surface, blurry reflexions. There is no way to make it sharp

  • AN update: This is actually called RenderDynamicReflections, and apparently it's working again under WindLight.

As for the "sharpness"... well... it gets as sharp as you see on that video :) I might try to shoot a new video, on my newer iMac, and see if I can get better results...
