  • I sold my HD Road King , (beautiful bike , but only because of all the expensive extras,so I was a kind of bored).

Now I found what I was looking for. No Harley gave me this feeling. Power and Elegance , so different.

  • any one know roughly how much the 09 griso 850 goes for in the states?

  • @86Raxor eh a well built classic bonnieville can sound better than some vtwins and they actually turn :p my father has a 65 t120C that was set up for flat track racing before we got it and that thing hauls ass and sounds amazing, the 2 into 1 megaphone exhaust has hardly any baffling and youve gotta love that bonnieville idle

  • @jaratt85 Yeah i think harleys basically are the same since they came.. They tend to rust in rainy weather and iam a real biker (nothing stops me from riding except snow/ice) So therefore i think i should stick with my ducati. ANd hey.. the HD sound isnt that good imo,, some of that are just to loudy and will eventually lower your level of hearing. A ducati stock/termi sounds imo better.

  • @86Raxor didt relaize you were EU sorry, yeah usd isnt worth much right now, hell you can get a brand new triumph rocket 3 here in california for 15k (14,999)... but thats a big touring bike.. 750+ pounds with 146bhp and 163 ft lbs of torque.. welcome to the largest production motorcycle engine in the world at 2294cc. I guess for 2011 or 2012 they mustve lowered the compression slightly, if my memory serves it used to have 210 ft lbs when it first came out. only good part about hd is the sound

  • @jaratt85 For you to notice,, Eu prices are just overrated... because i can agree that 17K usd isnt alot.

Anyway, i got a streetfighter right now and considering to trade it for a HD forty eight.. hmm

  • @86Raxor expensive? they arent that bad, at under 17k us thats not that bad of a price especially considering its an 8 valve 1200cc engine.. you cant buy another bike that size with 8v for that price, then again 8v vtwins are somewhat rare.. hell a stripped down vrod (bottom model) is 15.9k so wow another thousand for a much cooler bike... yeah really expensive dude

XD

  • yust beautifull

  • They are expensive because they are hand built. I've got one, and it is superb! Well built, beautifully finished. It also goes like the clappers!
