Fallout Single Segment Speed Run

A major improvement over my famous 9:19 run, thanks to SkumBanana's 10 minute run - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tlxRCi9OvZo. Unfortunately, I was playing around with difficulty settings to see the effects, and accidentally left it on easy, so this one will not be submitted to SDA for verification. The single segment and segmented runs Lorashkar is working on will make this one obsolete.

@SirBedevereGaming Not competitions exactly, but SpeedDemosArchive hosts a variety of verified speed runs for games. Some games show great execution, others great route planning. For me, it's a fun way to play a game I've beaten many times before.
