How I Define My EYE BROWS

Another vid! Im ON IT this month! lol This is just a video on how i do my eyebrows. A couple of you girls wanted to kno how i define them. 3 tips: DONT USE BLACK, try to grow your eyebrows out as thick as u can then shape them to keep them looking natural, and concealor is a must when u want that EXTRA defined look. Products: Milani Golden Beige Secret Cover COncealor Cream in 02/ Covergirl brow and eye makers in midnight brown/ sonja kashuk angle concealor brush and and eye brown brush (All products Can be found at Walgreens CVS and TARGET)

Was just wondering 2 things... 1. Why not black? My eyebrows are naturally black, wouldn't it be better? 2. Does it matter the color of your skin when you using the brown eyeliner? I am not good at putting on makeup, I just know the basics and I wanting to get better at it...

THAT'S WHERE THE RULES DON'T APPLY TO ME: I have to wear Black. My eyebrows are JET BLACK. Dark Browns look Silly on me.
