Most Atmospheric SNES Music: #13 - Eternal Recurrence - Secret of Mana

This is the music that plays when you encounter one of the 8 mana elementals. It really does make you feel like you're standing in the presence of a higher power with its beautiful, mystic quality. I always imagine the elemental appearing before you in a flash of light at :54.

Secret of Mana was awesome. The game initially seems like Zelda with having to find 8 palaces but instead of puzzles, it's an action RPG and the game doesn't revolve around the 8 palaces like Zelda revolves around the 8 dungeons but rather revolves around the environments. Each environment has awesome music to go with it. The elementals represented the mana power behind many of the environment which is why they get this epic music when you meet one.

Don't you also hear this song when you beat the Cave of Trials or whatever where you had to beat your clones? And is it just me or can you hear the Mana Beast or Flammie at 1:09? :)

Out of an amazing soundtrack, this is definitely one of the top tracks. The only place you could re-listen to this in the game was Undine's cave.
