@timberwolf218 you can run any scale in the rain so long as it doesnt get in the train we used to have a 00/ho scale garden layout and we modifyed the trains so they were waterproof and we had a matt clear coat sprayed on to all the trains and wagons so tehy were waterprrof tahh

@timberwolf218 LGB is waterproof, I don't know if any others are. Now just because it's not waterproof doesn't mean you probably couldn't run it in a little rain. A torrential downpour would be different, but a light sprinkle should be fine.

@83dubbie Thanks. I have since this video got quite some engines and a lot of cars weathered. I hope hat the middle layer we constructing right now will have even higher details.

@killionreggie The 8-40CW's, dash 9's, SD75's and SD70ACe's all have flashing ditchlights. I think it is a safety thing for crossing roads and slow movement in yards and stations.
