Colm Wilkinson is wonderful, but he'll never,ever, sing Bring Him Home like Anthony Warlow does here (IMHO). Anthony has the voice of an angel and the power and control of a God. Colm has a nice mid range growl but an undeniably awkward break between head tone and falsetto. But lets just enjoy them all for their respective talents.

@leedscab123 mate..I have seen them all..but perhaps you are unaware of an aussie back in 1989 normie rowe. He truly was the best valjean but was snubbed for the 25th anniversary. check it out.

This is great. I did not realise that Anthony Warlow played Enjorlas in the original production in Australia. Best Valjean has to be the original and one and only Colm Wilkinson followed by John Owen Jones. Other great Valjeans include Dudu Fisher of Israel, Tommy Korberg of Sweden, Oystein wiik of Norway, Gary Morris of the USA and Phil Cavillfrom the UK.
