ROTK TV SERIES- EPISODE 47 (PART 1 OF 5)

Part 1 of Episode 47 in the Rotk Tv Series : While DongWu were in deep mourning for Zhou Yu's death.., news in the Xi Liang region states that Ma Teng was rebelling, and Cao Cao, in turn lures Ma Teng and his youngest son Ma Tie to Xu Chang and had them both executed upon rebellion. Ma Tengs eldest son Ma Chao is then greatly infuriated by Cao Cao's merciless act against his father and brother, and vows to avenge their death by leading a campaign together with his uncle Han Sui, cousin Ma Dai and general Pang De to fight against the forces of Cao Cao. In the initial battle.., the momentuem of Ma Chaos forces had managed to route the Cao Army, and Cao Cao, in turn had to cut off his beard and abandon his hope as to disguise himself against Ma Chaos pursuit, and Cao then narrowly escapes through the help of his generals. Knowing that the forces of Ma Chao were from the powerful Qiang Tribe.., Cao Cao then uses the deep and furtile soil from the Xi Liang region to build a fortress-like wall overnight as to tighten their defenses against Ma Chaos attack. On the other hand.., Ma Chao and Han Sui once again leads their forces against Cao Cao, and not knowing that Cao Caos Tiger Bodyguard Xu Chu has appeared to protect Cao Cao and duel Ma Chao. For about a hundred bouts that Ma Chao and Xu Chu duel each other with neither side gaining the advantage, Cao Cao realizes that he would need to defeat Ma Chao through using schemes and defections.., and is then advised by Jia Xu to try to use his friendship to discord relations between Ma Chao and Han Sui. Indeed.., Han Sui was easily taken in by his old friendship with Cao Cao, and plans to defect to his side. Meanwhile.., Ma Chao, of whom he had just realize Han Suis betrayal on him, stages a coup on Han Sui himself and slices his arm, and while being on the verge of victory, Cao Cao then leads a surprise attack on Ma Chaos defensive barrier Tong Guan, and subsequently routes and scatter the forces of Ma Chao, Ma Dai and Pang De...

@carltonlau2006 In the previous episode the old lady claimed that her son was carrying salt in the bag, and that it was confiscated by Li 6. Li 6 says that the claims were untrue (including salt in the bag to bolster his case); he obviously cleaned the bag out. But there was still salt stuck on the edges between the stitches that held the bag together. So when Pang ripped the bag, he ordered them to lick along the stitching, and thus proving that the bag was carrying salt indeed.
