Ooh, Robert.
A funny clip from "Back to School" (1986), starring Rodney Dangerfield (who also co-wrote it). "To help his discouraged son get through college, a fun loving and rich businessman decides to enter the school as a student himself." Robert plays the sons friend. He's in the movie for a good amount. Not a lot, but a good amount. It's one of his many "zany" 80's roles.
Also, it's back when he had the "glorious" gap! Win.

They should play this clip every time Downy is doing promotion for one of his latest Illumanati subliminal stink flicks. "Lets roll that clip" and instead of Sherlock Holmes, we see Downy on the ground, legs spread saying "Do me! Do me!". Then when the clip ends, act like there must be some technical error...later, after he calms down, do it again.
