Its Lars's crypt, its a dungeon, with labyrinths in it. Last part is a puzzle labyrinth, you need to walk back and forth in the correct order to be able to advance.

I totally agree with Kekie under me here. This was the part i never understand and where i didn't come any further. I was stuck for so long that the guy i rented it from wanted it back and when i asked him to rent it again after some years, the disc was broken. I have never been able to find the game again, it cost to much on amazon. 90$ is way to much for me. It's a brilliant game, with a nice concept behind it. This is the only game I have loved and never have completed. It still bugs me.
