Description of the elaboration of the system called "Real - Pong". Whose main function is to control a goalkeeper in order to block a ping pong ball and not letting it to pass the goal line. There will be a webcam that will be able to record the game through a digital image processing using the OpenCV library for C language. With the information given by the camera (video) the position of the ball and the two goalkeepers will be calculated so the controller can have the necessary inputs to realize an optimums close loop digital control. The control algorithm will be implemented on a real-time operating system. The animated version of the game will be shown on a VGA Monitor after data is processed on a FPGA (Spartan 3E). The data will be transmitted via RF using the RS232 standard. Designed and implemented by Andrés Angel, Juan Ortega, Juan Venegas, Jhon Pena and Jairo Lozano, students of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali Colombia.
