  • I wrote it down and looked, and everything in my house has this trash.... um, I hope my baby is fine. Girl, you scaring me! Im 8mos pregnant

  • Your baby will be fine! These chemicals are found in almost every product we use daily (even baby products) and I just want to people to be more conscious of what goes into their bodies. I believe we'd all be healthier if we didn't (unknowingly) pollute ourselves. But now you know!

  • aspartame is used in artificial sweetener like Splenda. Well there is nothing splendid about it, aspartame was discover first as a synthetic compound for pesticide.

  • @msbrice well i doubt anyone will ever be able to completely avoid this stuff, but one thing i have done is use oils on my skin insted of lotion. they help my skin stay moist longer, in the past lotions have essentialy dried out half way through my day. so that could cut my exposure to harmful chemicals by almost half!

  • @quantummandavid Sorry, I am only a chemist in training and I don't know much about aspartame!

  • Thanks for the info. Half your soundtrack is heavily distorted... either by having too much compression or the overall level is just too loud.

  • @thandiwe08 ,lol

  • @LilOilDerrick whats your opinion on aspartame

  • @msbrice hey, of course not. But a good 95% of all plastics are made from petroleum, and while it's NOT good for the environment at all which isn't your argument, it's not toxic. That is unless it's burnt etc ( e.g. PVC produces PCBs, which are extremely toxic!!). Petroleum is also a natural ingredient, is it not? I may also add that the fumes from some untreated wood is also toxic if burnt.

  • @LilOilDerrick just because they're used in 'many many MANY household things' doesn't make them any better or safer. Most natural ingredients are more effective and safer than chemical ones.

  • @LilOilDerrick oh and swapping sodium hydroxide for calcium hydroxide...oh no! slaked lime is SO toxic!!!!

    Not.
