I love you nick jonas. My mom had diabetes and she also had a brain tumor and now she has been dead for more than seven years. this song makes me cry because i feel bad that you have to deal with it day in and day out. WHen I heard your speech in the movie i felt like you basically understood me. I have been broken hearted 5 times and counting and the last one was just a month ago on monday. Your song makes me feel that people think that they understand your pain but only you do truly. ILY.

I've had diabetes for almost 3 years now.. its pretty harsh being a teen diabetic.. you learn to grow up way faster. that is probably why people call nick the mature one, because diabetes makes you grow up really fast, and have to mature and take care of yourself, it makes you "appreciate" life more.. but it can spiral you down to depression so fast and easily... Nick I thank you so much for telling the world about our disease, and helping for a cure. you really are a hero. for all of us....

@teendiabetic you are so right, I was diagnosed about a month ago and im already seeing the changes it has on my life, it forces you to mature and learn to take care of yourself. thank you Nick for writing this song, its nice to think other people understand how difficult this disease can be, but also how we have to stay hopeful that someday there will be a cure and no one will have to live with this again.

@unlimitedfunlol and now it is going to be 8 years next week. I have been missing er and thinking about her a lot lately but i still love this song the same and it still has the same meaning to me as a year ago. And I still love nick. lol.

this song is very emotional.... Since 2008, me along with my skating club have been raising money for the American Diabetes Association by holding a skating exhibition every June. I have been skating in them so I help by asking family and friends to attend the event to help raise money. In 2009, we raised over $1,900 dollars and this year we raised $1,547. I feel happy that i am helping him to find a cure for all types of diabetes.

I Love You Nick. you are my inspiration. 2 of my Family members have diabetes and one of them have a heart condition as well. I was at a concert of yours in HERSHEY, PA on 7/25/08 when you sang this song i was in tears the entire time. you are amazing. no one knows what your going through except for you. people that have diabetes are so strong and they dont even no it.
