I have Infinifolders on my ipod touch 3g ios4.1 well i dont want to use it anymore and what folder enhancer, i went to cydia and tried to uninstall it and well the check box saying i have it installed was blue, and told me to buy it. I dont want to pay for it i just want it gone.

I do have iphonebrowser installed on my computer so i can view system folders and stuff. please help me :(

@joshadaniels04 Legality and Morality are two different things. Just because something is illegal doesn't make it moral and vice versa. For example jailbreaking a phone before the DMCA was amended to allow for it was simply a legal grey area, not necessarily illegal or legal. But seeing as phones are property it should be morally correct that if someone owns something inanimate that they should be able to modify it to their hearts content as long as it doesn't harm other people.
