So happy for Rocky...what an amazing doggy! I hope he loves his forever home and his new "parents" treasure every moment. We adopted a cat from the SPCA last year who had obviously encountered some sort of trauma in her young life as she has bent leg & is missing some toes on another foot. But you'd never know it! Her disabilities don't slow her down. Thanks to the SPCA for all you do, so that animals like Rocky & our Harmony can live a life they deserve.
