@ZMediaStudios no creativity in pop...these guys wrote killer riffs and lyrics but mainstream pop has generic mindless lyrics. I mean take a look at achilles last stand the lyrics are absolutely beautiful but modern day pop has very bland and simple lyrics

What really intrigues me about "yesterday's" music is that it involved a lot more physical talent than today's music. It is true that rap and pop songs require a great deal of creativity to come up with as do rock songs. The difference is the talent and effort put into it. Jimmy's solo and riff in this song required the guy to put his whole soul, heart, and mind into it whereas some producer can produce the same riff by clicking a mouse. That's my argument for rock. I expect some good responses.
