Galleries of Justice Condemned Cell EVP

EVP taken from the condemned cell vigil at the Galleries of Justice. The voice recorder was on voice activated setting and the nearest person to it was myself, and i was at least 15 feet away from it at the time. All the team were in the condemned cell with me, and the voice recorder was outside on a window sill.

I havent altered the recording in any way, i can hear someone scratching the speaker of the voice recorder and then a voice saying "what's that." The nearest person to the recorder was myself and i was at least 10 feet away from it at the time in another room.

Sounds like, "What's up stairs", Brit accent w/ a bit of an old woman's toothless lisp.

Interesting...I can't make out what it being said.  Have you played around with it on the computer...slowing it down, etc... Thanks for posting. Totally fascinating.
