Telekinesis tips for beginners

TIPS HERE...

CONNECT WITH YOUR LIFE FORCE QI/CHI - Rub your palms together briskly until hot, then imagine you are rolling a marble between your palms, and rotate both ways until you feel a magnetic pulling kind of energy. When you find it, stay with the energy for a while - breath into to your fingertips and palms as if they were your nose!

CONNECT TO THE ENERGY - Talk to it! How do you connect to your body when you are sick and want to know how to get better? Use the same kind of process to access the energy of the paper. Ask silently "How are you feeling?" You'll be surprised at the results. This is where I found the strongest energy/results yet.

BLUR YOUR EYES - in a trance like way as you gaze into the paper...Try to see beyond the physical matter that lies before you and tune into the energy that surrounds your hands, the paper and the energy that is being exchanged. If you are sensitive to auras/energy you should be able to see the energy - the closest thing I can describe it to is a heat wave.
Works best in a dark/candle lit room.

VISUALIZE - Imagine the paper is a part of you and you are a part of it - essentially you are - you have the same energy.

SQUEEZE - Tense up your palms as hard as you can without moving them.

This was my strongest telekinesis experience. As soon as I changed my thinking, the power of my experience changed too.

(There were no fans on or windows open. I used a cover for my mouth and nose so my breath couldn't interfere).

ive been on youtube so many times and iam sick of all the psiwheels why cant ppl do something diffrent like move a piece of papper or something. just a suggestion but how many of u seen every telekinesis vid and they all have psi wheels

okay well think about this. i do this all the time and sometimes it doesnt work. the inside of my house is 82 degrees. and i use one hand. the only time it works is when i believe it will and i envision it doing so. stop being haters.

this is quite useless because the hands can generate a sufficient heat convection airflow. you need a glass bowel between and a sufficient distance from your hands also make clear the the surface was not preheated.
