You have caught some amazing sights around that tower. I really appreciate that you use the tower as a reference point, too.

@cometodoyourwill The Tower is only opened-up anymore for special events. Vaguely remember a UFO Hunters case...also here in PA...where the woman reported spider-web-like material being spread over trees but disappeared by morning...hmmm?

@cometodoyourwill YEAH this stuff is really getting to me. Check out tomorrow! This is my new HOT SPOT. It is the Mt. Penn Fire Tower on Skyline Drive in Reading, Pennsylvania USA...check it on Google Earth and note how wooded and hilly the area is. These things LOVE this terrain. That's why there are so many sightings in Pennsylvania...I think. What the heck is that stuff covering all the lights?

@UPTHElRS Tell me about it. Just got home Midnite Saturday deom just a 30 minute shoot. This is really giving me the CREEPS. Had more jellyfish things tonite like in the 10-28 abbreviated vid. Wait til you see the complete 10-28 video tomorrow. So much going on there I didn't know where to start so just offered the ending initially. Thanks for the comment. Maybe I should call this one Nightmare On Skyline Drive
WOW ! what's going on , looks like a keg party in the woods. Are you able to see these strange web , mist like trailing lights with the naked eye? the green one off by itself is the one that I find most interesting, no reflection from the tower light could be reflecting that far in the trees. How long did you see these anomalies for ?

@mikie8865 Naked eye? NO, not really. Three different lenses ruling out digital artifacts. The Praying Mantis head freaked me out most. The Pentax Kx has an awesome tricked-out sensor. The green thing looks like a hang glider with a missile underneath. I only shot for a little over a half hour from 2 locations using 3 lenses: Pentax 15-55, Pentax 100-300 and Tamron 70-300 f4

@mikie8865 OOPS...missed part of your question. As far as I know, these weird things go on all night because I have ALWAYS had BITES no matter the hour. However, I usually don't shoot for more than an hour to an hour-and-a-half at a time. That's an issue of personal safety in the city AND I don't want to freeze my clams off.

I noticed the trailing lites match trails. This must seem to be a lens issue. I don't know the lite source. Any sounds?

@mrgalleria The visible light sources are (l to r): red lights cellphone tower, fire tower lights top and bottom, oscillating parking lot light. Lens issue? I thought so at first BUT eventually used THREE different lenses and shot both wide and tight. Same anomalies persist. Trailing lite probably due to length of exposure. NOTE how much stuff is flying OUTBOUND. What;s with that?
