@downthestreetteam I would not either. The proplem is how to avoid being "shot" at with directed energy, be that heat radiation or RF radiation. On the other hand building such equipment to show the feasability of these techniques is a good idea.

And there are many possibilities to use such technologies in a positive role, like enabling blind persons to see and deaf persons to hear.

@ThePsyCheMisT LD 50 of LSD is about 1 milligramm per kg, about 0,1 gramm for a big person. No one would die from sucking on a cut raw potatoe. LSD was tested by many armies and is suitable as a chemical weapon. A reason for not using LSD might be that it takes too long to incapacitate the affected. The military usually needs fast or instantaneous effects. They cant wait 30 minutes for a weapons effect.

But why would anyone want to interfere with the normal functioning of his brain anyway?

@wwwtotalitaerde LSD and THC are some of the least lethal chemically active agents known to man (both are less toxic than raw potatoes), which is part of why the OSI/CIA stopped researching them as weapons.

By the way: it appears to me extremely strange to recategorize something based on old and incorrect information in order to project an anti-drug standpoint.
