Double Espresso Shot (Metropolis Redline)

Metropolis Redline double pulled on Quickmill Anita, Mazzer Super Jolly grinder. Dose by volume (I guess 16g or so), pulled at 7-bar. Grind, dose, level then tamp.
Shot ran just a tad quick but within good taste. Coffee is super fresh (2nd day) and a little gassy so it looks even faster than it tastes.
Overall great chocolate with the classic fruit/honey of Redline. Great blend!

I just bought some Metropolis Redline yesterday and tried it out and must say this stuff is excellent. I prefer it over Intelligentsia Black Cat which was my favorite. BTW Nice shot!
