Proposed Epic Biopic on Inventor Nikola Tesla : Demo 2
http://www.netsense.net/tesla mseifer@cox.net 401-294-2414

Nikola Tesla is credited by many as the inventor of radio and should have received most of the credit for the development of modern electricity ..... [Wizard] painstakingly documents Tesla's wideranging contributions.... Seifer has analyzed extensive sources, many not previously used by Tesla biographers, to provide a detailed interpretation of his life.
LIBRARY JOURNAL

Seifer's vivid, revelatory, exhaustively researched biography rescues pioneer inventor Nikola Tesla from cult status and restores him to his rightful place as a principal architect of the modern age.... Seifer provides the fullest account yet of Tesla as an entrepreneur, experimental physicist and inventor.
Boxed & Starred PUBLISHER'S WEEKLY

Marc Seifer is an excellent writer and scholar, who has produced a wonderfully readable and illuminating biography of one of the most intriguing men of this century.... making us understand not only the man, but also the times in which he lived.... a masterpiece.
Author NELSON DEMILLE

Seifer's biography rescues [Tesla] from oblivion, bringing back to life the amazingly creative intellect that gave us fluorescent lighting, wireless communication, cheap electrical power and the remote control. But Seifer also resurrects the wounded, self-destructive personality who never recovered from the loss of a favored older brother and who spiraled into weird obsessions, mental collapse and poverty as he watched other men use his inventions to win fame and riches. Seifer does an admirable job of explaining his subject's technical feats and analyzing his psychological idiosyncrasies. Tinged with pathos, this meticulously researched biography deserves attention from all who would understand the human tragedies played out in the shadows of our neon culture.

  • Dear Friends,

As you are aware, we are in the process of trying to acquire the property that was once the laboratory of scientist and inventor Nikola Tesla. We have been made aware of a grant offered by the NY State Department of Parks

... We would greatly appreciate a letter from you to us, that expresses your support of the efforts we are making towards the acquisition, preservation, and restoration of the Tesla property.

  • I SOLVED IT! GILLENDER BUILDING! Finding a half-built steel building in the Wall Street district, 10 stories high with nothing up but the steelwork, he clamped the oscillator to one of the beams. "In a few minutes I could feel the beam trembling. Gradually the trembling increased in intensity and extended throughout the whole great mass of steel. Finally the structure began to creak and weave, and the steelworkers came to the ground panic-stricken, believing that there had been an earthquake.

  • Thank you for this video.

  • @proudtobecroatian00 If he's a Croat, then Kusturica is a Martian.

  • I concur!

  • Dragon Romer.

WE DO know (Or at leats, I DO) that the "Dead Beam" was not a Laser, it was a Particle Weapon. Why? Simple.

When Tesla put out to the air that he made such weapon, research upon particles (Such as Electrons and Protons) was taking place in his lab. Tesla didn't have much interest into LIGHT, nor its amplification, he was interested in the pure form of electical energy. Tesla didn't agreed to the idea that "Light traveling trhu vacum was the fastest thing, ever"

  • Good old audio about Tesla. My own investigation can be found on: "Nikola Tesla and My Thoughts" (google it) and it has lot of interesting ideas like Tesla's combustion engine, Energy of space, Flying machine, Magnetic linear movement, Plasma on aluminum in water, Quantization of gravitation, Tesla's energy transmitter, Tesla's stile windmill and other interesting stuff.

  • Tesla was born to Serbian parents in the village of Smiljan, Austrian Empire near the town of Gospić, found in the territory of modern day Croatia.

His baptismal certificate reports that he was born on 28 June (N.S. 10 July), 1856, to Father Milutin Tesla, a priest in the Serbian Orthodox Church, Metropolitanate of Sremski Karlovci and Đuka Mandić.
