Useful Jenkins- Roy G. Biv.

Out of Mankato, MN, Useful Jenkins was created from friends jamming around campfires. Pat and Lucas had been playing guitar together off and on since 2004, never playing shows, just some open mics, and campfires. In 2006, Josh came along and brought his drum to some campfires. It wasn't long before he was doing open mics with us and we had written our first few songs. Meanwhile, in the fall of 2006, Travis snuck in through the backdoor and surprised the hell out of all of us. We had stumbled upon a fairly unique sound, and wanted to keep it rolling, so we asked our good friend Ryan to play some bass for us. The 5 of us have been Useful now for just under a year, and if you still have no idea what Useful Jenkins is, you'll have to ask us at a show. :)
