Thank you Pastor Darrel.. The deaf people are lucky to have you. I live in Florida and we don't have one here.
God be with you always as well.

Is there any way to get a copy of this video that isn't on the internet? I can't watch it unless I am internet connected, and sometimes when I need it the most, I am not on an internet connection. I asked my brother in law who is n interpreter to do something like this for me, but he can't figure out how to get the recordings on the computer and we are 1500 miles apart.

thank you again for answering my questions and i hope to visit your church in the future :)
Are you RECORDING THIS DURING CHURCH!?

Yes, we recorded the signing of the song at the close of church service. It is not the matter of why we did it, but it is to show how one person gives glory to God through deaf sign and song. It also increases knowledge of Deaf community, sign language and faith.
Pastor Kois shows much expression though his signing of songs, and there will be more to come.

so im just wondering is that allowed?

Some churches frown on it, but some churches encourage it. Our church encourages it, to share the joy of ASL and God's songs through a church setting. If you look further in deaf songs in deaf churches, you will see that other churches do the same through members or a pastor. We are not the only ones.

oh ok thank you for enlightening me on the situation. I was also wondering if this is an all deaf parish. I am very great full that you have taken time out of your day to answer my idiotic questions. I hope that my questions have not annoyed you, but I hope to become a translator later on because I am studying different languages and hope to learn their sign language too. :) thank you again

No, we are open to both deaf and hearing members, we have a member that is hard of hearing, mainstreamed through the hearing community. No questions is too idiotic :). It is all part of learning of cultures. You are more than welcome to come and visit our church anytime!
