#140conf Detroit Music Panel 2 of 2

The one thing that serves as both a gift and a curse about social media is public conversation. I just happened to catch a tweet that my old friend Hubert Sawyers (aka Gamibit The MC) put out a week a half ago about this #140conf. I tweet back "like the what the hell is this?", next thing I know I'm there. In short, the #140conf is about stepping up your social media game and doing it correctly. Last Wednesday when I attended the Detroit edition I got a nice amount of knowledge on how to make this happen. The discussion I anticipated the most was featuring Gambit, DJ Graffiti, Dominic Arellano & Jason Gittinger speaking from the perspective of musicians. Cam in hand I rushed down to the floor to capture it for you. The only downfall of the conference is that all the panels where limited to 20 minutes. But watching this I think you'll truly find some insight on the topic as well as the fact the digital zoom on my camera sucks. BTW if you ever see the #140conf or any other true social media conference in your town, I highly suggest you go. Enjoy!
