Option. You can also rock a U, V or completely natural hem line. I think all are fine and look good. I personally am not a fan of straight across cuts, and I k now many people who feel the same. Now I said all this because a great many of the post below are praising her hair by indirectly bashing those who make different choices. Can't we just say "Looks great Shorty2sweet!" And let it end there?

Firstly Shorty2 your hair looks great after the trim. However, I also really like your before picture as well. I think everyone needs to always (ALWAYS) bare in mind the fact that hair is a personal expression for each of us. Just like relaxing/coloring/false hair installations, the choice to wear a straight hem line is a personal STYLE choice that everyone needs to make individually. I didn't see anything wrong with the before picture. The cut looks nice though and I may use that technique for my next trim.
