  • Hey Al, is your hand placed directly below your shoulder or is it closer to your sternum? Great job though!

  • very nice... but can you do a no-arm handstand pushup?

  • Okay I'll say it.. WTF is with that facial hair??

  • @sred14 spreading the legs makes the exercise a lot easier this variation Al is doing require A LOT more strenght.

  • verrrry nice

  • Who the fuck cares how far apart your legs are you spread your legs to give you balance

  • @tyciol not necessarily. 1 leg elevated can be done almost as "easily" as when you have your legs spread apart. there is tension between the one arm and the opposing leg. all you have to do is "lean" away from the other leg, bring the foot off the floor (the foot on the same side as the hand you're using), and viola! 1 arm, 1 leg. bringing your feet together is harder. crossing your ankles is the hardest, aside from 1 arm handstand push up obviously.

  • Wouldn't it be even harder if you crossed your ankles? Think about it, the reason why bringing your feet closer together makes the exercise harder is because it brings the direction that the energy in your legs goes "out" from your body to a focal point. But, if you cross your ankles, then they are brought completely to the same point, even closer than if your feet are "simply" next to each other.

  • best looking OAP i've seen on youtube. no one ever puts their feet together.

  • GoaT sign doesn't fit you Al.
