@sea1sky2 i never said minorities were being put down. i said the video is a misrepresentation of the school because it never visually shows the diversity, yet talks about how many countries are represented at the school in order to promote. is that not backwards? dont use minorities as your promotion if you cant even show them in the video.

I actually happen to be a minority as well, and you are very right, EVERYONE should be represented equally, but I really don't think that it was their intention to 'put down minorities' when making this commercial. The race card is most certainly being overused here. If you divert your attention from 'racial' issues, there wont BE any 'racial' issues.

@sea1sky2 there are many organizations where minorities, including myself, are involved. but regardless of involvement, we're all still edinboro students and should be represented. but who would want to be involved when we're treated like this. this video wants to use minorities to promote the school but doesnt involve them then there's you, obviously white, defending it like its okay. who wants to be a part of that.

@awill0889 you are too sensitive! get over it. I am an active student on several organizations and such..very rarely do I ever see the involvement of ANY minority. GET MORE INVOLVED, and then you can bitch about not being well represented!

@sea1sky2 and as for ur exaggeration, please dont go there. i am a student at edinboro, and a black one. i've been there since 08 so i know the amount of black students there, which is a good amount so dont try to downplay it.

@sea1sky2 u didnt have to respond. im just stating the facts. and by diversity, i dont mean just black people. white students are the majority but they're not the only ones and an accurate representation would show everyone there. how can u promote in the video that u have students from 22 countries, yet only show white students? that doesnt add up.
