savagery common in multicultural Iran

savagery, verbal conflict and physical violence is a fact of life in Irans multicultural areas specially Tehran and other metropolitan cities where the community cohesion is non existent. People do not speak the same language, subscribe to the same cultural identity or ethnics. It is easy to get into a fight anywhere with anyone and people often fight with law enforcement over petty things, the last bastions of civilized communities is small Persian villages on the countryside.
