  • I've seen an update on Facebook from a person who attended one of these festival and said it was the Hopi ways of making fun of the Navajo's....I am not sure, it doesn't seem that way? Well Navajo's and Hopi's been living side by side for centuries and there is intermarriage....regardless, this interesting and entertaining.

  • @nickiibrenton NOOOO!!! It's in NO way to "make fun" of them. Some people like to think that we're making fun of them but we're not. So do not think that, we welcome everyone :)

  • ive heard dat our neighbors da hopis have dis navajo dance...so i guess dis is it...which is cool...nizho'niih'yiih..

  • @mutton97 Thanks! It's an honor to honor your tribe!

  • Oh my, that little boy is so adorable!

  • @Revolt1680 He sang the loudest! :)

  • Kewl dance... Thanks for honoring us Dine. As Dine, we bring many Blessing and protection for many generations around your homelands.

  • It is good to know and have friends and family and clans among the hopi maybe through the centries our races have just become one and theres no such thing as a navajo or hopi anymore we are tied together forever

  • @rlb95376 oh! and may many blessings come to the Hopi People :)

  • @rlb95376 Ahee'hee for honoring the Navajo People. May many blessings come your way. :)

  • @seantsosie It's to honor your tribe. Hopi's honor tribes by doing a dance. As you can see, we honor Navajos by performing a dance. It's no offense, it's how we pay homage :)
