Watermarked DVR copy of Annika Sorenstams fantastic eagle on the last shot of her career at a major (so she says, anyway). Folks at Black Diamond Ranch may know that about a dozen members visited the U.S. Open this year, hosted by the dozen or so members who live in the area. Parties and fun was had for a week or so in and around Edina, Lake Minnetonka, Lake Okoboji, IA and environs. Many members were crowd-control "marshals" at the tournament and at least four were working the 18th when that shot was made. Laney McGivern, Lorraine Carrier, Jennifer Polich and Gretchen Oswald were all standing just left of the stands and you'll see several "blue shirts" around on the video. THANKS TO OUR HOSTS!!

  • What a shot. Having a bad day, way over par, and throats it from 200 in front of 20,000. Let there be no doubt---that, my friends, is how the big dogs finish.

Nice commentary from the poster. Enjoyed it.

  • I was there and let me tell you was the most touching moment i lived in my whole life. We all cryed and hit hands. Awesome. Tks Annika for gave us that kind of gift.
