i think if the other player has his life full the rotten egg hurts him so much but if he hasn't all his life full the rotten egg put him into dying status

Sorry for the dumb question but does the rotten egg instantly put the other player into a dying status, or does it just do a lot of damage?

Well, if you manage to hit the player at the head with it, then it will put the player on dying status. If the person's health is low enough and you hit on the body it will still go on dying status. If you hit them on the body while they are in full health, they will just be in very low health.
