Wow ... was that ad actually designed to make people fall asleep? No wonder he lost. What they needed to do was set up an unaffiliated pro McGovern group and call Nixon a criminal. Depict him as The Godfather in a little skit. That would get the message across without tainting McG's clean image. Seriously though, that was the worst campaign ad I've seen in a long while.
