- Remove or re-do the ship at the beginning.
- Show each animation only once.
- Remove the first gun animation
- Break camera moves into separate shots
- Keep practicing. Your reel is a bit rough, but that's normal for the first year or two.

Hi Dude, I need to say that you need first to re edit your demo reel. Here are some considerations to improve what are you showing.First of all, never repeat a shot or chose a repetitive music. Do not worry if at the end the reel is short. Is better short than large and boring. Try no to fly with the camera as you do it. You have some good elements but when you fly like this, the spectator loose the attention to the real model for the crazy flight. Show close up stills. Good Luck.

Great start.. Just study how a real gun fires a bullet (The bullet casing do not follow the bullet itself)

Your modelling and animating is really good. You could use some work on texturing though.
