It was just three months ago when the former Governor of Alabama, Bob Riley, broke seven ribs, punctured a lung and injured a kidney in a motorcycle accident in Alaska.
Today, the Former Governor continues to recover and is still standing tall again. He paid a visit to our News 5's studio and says before the accident his motorcycle trip from Ashland, Alabama to Alaska was fantastic. It was a 54 hundred mile trip. After his accident, the Governor was rescued by two strangers who rushed him the a hospital in Fairbanks, Alaska.
