RBR Aergo 2

We've taken the Aergo shell and put it on a Hase Kettwiesel, creating custom mounting hardware in the process. It's an excellent fit! Here one of our rally attendees takes it around the parking lot. Apologies for the ambient road noise.

@Spazum888 We haven't tried cobble yet (none in town). Initial iterations of the Aergo were quite noisy, but we've brought some of that down by improving the shell supports. Unfortunately, it looks like this might be a one-off and will not be sold as a product.

@fo5kadwas The Aergo isn't finalized for sale yet. It has been a long, ongoing project but we feel like it keeps getting closer.

@newjersey02 Really, I don't know what you mean by "a quick buck". Bicycles are not really that highly profitable, and less conventional vehicles (fairings, trikes, recumbents) are not high volume sales. If someone goes into business to sell bikes, it is a high risk business, but probably propelled by serious interest in the vehicle and sense of pride, more than "a quick buck".

@newjersey02 I'm not sure what you're saying, but I gather you don't like bicycles. I think you'd be surprised if you ever rode a faired bicycle (partial or full fairing), what you can do with it. Light cars and ultra-light vehicles are not new, but are coming back in a big way, with modern small engines and micro-diesels, and HPVs and electric assist bikes are coming into use too. Be happy. Its lower gas prices and less traffic for you.

Is it based on a Rans or other existing trike? I like the shell. Can you see the traffic lights ok when at the front of the line? The window line is pretty low.
