@yankeegurl62 Yes, when these get a roof or window or door water leak. This is what happens when not taken care of. To be done properly, around 500 - 700 in material. If roof is leaking, running down wall then to floor. You have to consider walls and roof repair as well as floor. Rubber roof it. That is around 800, 3000 if someone else installs it. This is only a ball park figure without seeing it.

Shit hole and not suitable for children are correctly spoken words. If I had money, I would just bulldoze my single wide and build a new from the ground up, unless I am already grand fathered in and would like to avoid the permitting process and get a way with it legally, I could just block the skirting, re frame the walls 8-12' at a time and hang new trusses. If this is the case, It would be good to build a really tall fence first. I live on my own property. My piece of shit came with it!!

was all that due to the leak in the roof? I have a 83 single wide that I'm doing over...and I'm in the process of redoing the floors...the roof in the master leaks..I'm a single mom...what, ballpark, am I looking at spending to fix it up? Hey, it's a roof over our heads...know what I mean?
