very nice bebop. Always nice to hear from clifford. Every time I hear his music I cry a little thinking about how he died so young.

This is great. I can't get enough of these two together. My favorite years of both Clifford and Sonny. If you have anymore recordings similar to this I would love to hear them. I have a lot to work on already with this one, but I like to always hear more

@CSERIOS It's available on 'Clifford Brown At the Cotton Club 1956' which is a 3 CD set wRollins,Powell, Morrow & Roach. I got it @blowitoutahere bout six months ago (around $14.00) & it is AMAZING, well worth finding & ordering. Most of the tunes are well over 10 mins in length. It's a must have for anyone who's interested in both C. Brown & S Rollins & Roach. It's a very good recording considering Clifford recorded it on his personal recorder.

Clifford and Max are amazing, but check out the brilliance and imagination Sonny Rollins and his sense of humor (his love of quoting some very familiar motifs
